Your order is confirmed instantly and sent to production straight away — most pieces are printed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll receive an email when your order enters production.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Because every piece is made to order, production starts quickly. Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't entered production yet, we can usually update or cancel it for you.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn't go through, nothing is charged and no order is placed — you can simply try again. If money appears to have left your account without a confirmation email, contact us and we'll check straight away.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also check progress through your account dashboard or our guest tracking page — no account required.
