Returns and Refunds
This policy explains cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements for made-to-order artwork from Modern PrintWorks.

1. Made-to-order products
Each artwork is printed or framed after you place your order. Because the product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, accidental orders, or preference changes once production has started.
2. Cancellations
You can ask us to cancel an order before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible at support@thenewmanifesto.com with your order number. If production has already started, the order is locked and cannot usually be cancelled.
3. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
4. Replacements and refunds
When we confirm a production fault, delivery damage, or fulfilment error, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Delivery issues
Please check your delivery address carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or redelivery charges caused by incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
6. How to request help
- Email support@thenewmanifesto.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Attach clear photos where an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
