Thick black strokes feel like deliberate cuts through warm ochre and soft beige, with cool white planes offering breathing space. Fine, ink-like lines thread across the surface in steady bands, like strata or measured plans, giving depth without any conventional perspective. The impasto ridges hold an almost tactile light, while translucent underpainting adds a quiet complexity. In a room, it settles into a calm, thoughtful rhythm, structured yet organic, ideal for grounding a modern, serene space.
