Does my print arrive ready to hang?
Framed prints and stretched canvases arrive with hanging hardware fitted. Unframed art prints arrive carefully protected, ready for you to choose a frame.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We prepare artwork for print and use carefully managed colour. Screen settings and room lighting can affect how colours look, so your print may look slightly softer than it does on screen.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact form or email support@modernprintworks.com. Let us know what you need, with your order number if you have one, and we'll aim to reply within one working day.
Which print formats do you offer?
Choose from framed prints, canvas, unframed art prints and acrylic panels where available. Each artwork page shows the formats and sizes offered for that piece.
How long does delivery take?
Most prints are made and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery time then depends on your destination and chosen service. Check the options at checkout; we email tracking details once your order is sent.
How is my print made?
We use archival pigment inks and materials selected for clear detail and rich colour. Paper, canvas and other surfaces each have a different feel, so the artwork page explains the options for your print.
Can I return a print?
Yes. You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of the day your order arrives. Email us with your order number, then send the print back within 14 days. You pay the return postage, and we refund the price and the standard delivery charge. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you in full.
How do you use AI to create artwork?
We use AI tools to create the artwork, then choose, refine and prepare each piece for the collection. We make the decisions about what belongs here and how it will look in print.
