Measure before choosing
Choose wall art size by measuring the furniture and clear wall first, then selecting a proportion that feels connected rather than isolated. Start with the available width, leave some breathing room at the edges and test the outline before making a final decision.
Choose a proportion
Use the furniture as the visual anchor. A 30 × 40 cm framed print suits a smaller wall or a narrow gap; 50 × 70 cm has more presence above a console or beside seating. These dimensions are currently offered in the framed-print range.
- Keep the artwork narrower than the furniture beneath it.
- On an empty wall, leave a visible margin around the work.
- Turn the piece to suit the wall: landscape can steady a wide wall, while portrait can use height.
Set the hanging height
Place the centre of the artwork at a comfortable viewing height, then adjust for the furniture beneath it. Above a sofa, console or bed, keep the gap close enough that the art reads as part of the arrangement rather than as a separate object.
Choose one piece or a grouping
One substantial piece creates a calm focal point. A grouping can suit a longer wall when the spacing is consistent and the overall outline is treated as one shape. Compare available Framed Prints and browse the Gallery before deciding.
