Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request a size that isn't listed? The sizes shown on each artwork page are the full range for that piece — they're matched to the artwork's proportions so quality is never compromised.

Do you print images that customers supply? No — we're a curated gallery rather than a printing service, so we only produce works from our own collection. That focus is how we keep quality consistent.

Which format is best for bathrooms or kitchens? Acrylic panels and canvas handle humidity better than paper prints. For steamy rooms, acrylic is the most resilient choice.

Do framed prints arrive ready to hang? Yes — framed prints and stretched canvases arrive with hanging hardware fitted. Unpack, level, and step back.

What's the difference between the paper options? Heavier cotton papers like Photo Rag have a soft, luxurious matte surface that suits fine art beautifully. All our papers are archival grade, so the difference is feel and texture rather than longevity.

Can I see how a piece will look in my room? Our Size & Placement Guide includes simple techniques — like taping paper templates to your wall — to preview any size before you order.
